We were very happy with the work done by David and Joseph. They were both very friendly and hard working. David was very knowledgeable, and his communication was excellent. We were clear in what we wanted and David was able to achieve that for us through good negotiation skills. He also made the process feel very easy for us. Would highly recommend David and his team.

My wife and I were looking for several months so we had plenty of dealings with James before buying this property. In all our dealings he was straightforward, timely, and open in his communications. After the sale James and the team were very responsive and helpful in addressing all the queries we had before settlement. Very happy with James and the team, was a great experience end to end.

I have been looking to purchase a property for a few years. During the time I have been looking I had always found James to be very personable, honest with his price guides and very approachable. He also understood that work limited my availability for follow up phone calls and this (willingness to listen) is what separated him from other agents.

James has an absolute understanding of People and the Market. A True Professional.

James is an exceptional agent. He took time at the beginning of the process to take us through what would be involved in the sale process and then diligently kept us informed of what was happening with each step. He promised and delivered regular detailed feedback from potential buyers and mapped out options and strategy for moving towards the auction (and then, as it happened, private sale before auction). Ultimately we were delighted with the outcome and very appreciative of the service and guidance provided.

James is professional and lives up to his promise of regular communication. I felt informed and supported throughout my selling journey. James also supported me as a managing agent during a period while my property was tenanted. I found James's advice on the money with regards to the market and always appreciated his candid approach.
