I would highly recommend people to other people wishing to also sell their property. The need to help and understand the particular needs and expectations of the client are important without being a pushy inconsiderate agent with own agenda. The need to inform and explain to the client each step and the reason for each step of the way is important and also sometimes the reason for the step so that the client does not feel being taken in a direction that is only for the benefit of the agent is important. Peter has this ability to help the client to be confident that all is for the benefit of the client and not just the agent's personal interests and benefit. In other words a climate of trust was present and this is very important as many agents do not have this reputation or ability. To dissipate a climate of suspicion is important and Peter was able to do this with genuine sincerity.

I first approached Peter regarding a great sale price he achieved in my street. He initially thought I was a buyer and I liked his communication style and the way he would treat prospective buyers.
