From the moment we had David and James through our home they made us feel very comfortable! David communicated with us throughout the campaign keeping us informed of the progress to what was a great result!! David’s level of professionalism, market knowledge and approach to real estate makes him a great agent! We would definitely use him again!

I have worked with Gabriela three times now and have always found her to be knowledgeable, professional and personable. She guides me through the process with ease, answering all of my questions and returning all calls immediately. She gives me honest advice and has consistently achieved amazing results. I would recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Summer Hill area as she has invaluable local knowledge.

We bought our house in Leichhardt through David five years ago, and have kept in touch over the years. He’s always been available for a bit of advice or a query about how our local market is tracking. When we came to sell, there was never any doubt about asking him to be our agent. Throughout the process he’s been great – friendly, available, knowledgeable – and he has steered us to a great sale within a really short period. Can’t recommend him enough!

An excellent experience! Gabriela is an energetic, knowledgeable and capable agent. Her prompt actions and attention to detail ensured that we were always aware of the progress of the sale of our property. We were so impressed with her performance, we immediately engaged her to find our next property, which she was able to do within 3 days!

“A” is not just for Agent.....but in Gabriela’s case it was “A” for “Action”. I have bought and sold many properties over the years but nothing in the Dulwich Hill area, so took a gamble on a different Real Estate company and person. Gabriela has energy to burn and what better way to do it than sell properties. She had contract prepared and signed in 48 hrs with photos done, leaflets, Internet and sign up in a matter of a few days. First open home in same week and she had secured sale within the week at a price even that surprised her. Can’t fault Gabriela and the team at Raine & Horne and will use her services again in the future....that’s definite!

I have been a real estate agent for 25 years. Of all the agents I have interacted with Gabriela stands out by far. She is honest, thinks ahead of the curve because she knows the market back to front, she is a great communicator plus, being female, someone you can trust to advise you on the best way to sell your property in a timely fashion.

We have just successfully sold through David and would recommend him. It wasn't a straightforward sale and David navigated his way through the complications with ease and deft knowledge of the market and potential buyers' requirements. Thanks David for your patience, help and glad we got there in the end!!

Gabriela is a professional, knowledgeable and efficient agent. We found her to be honest in our dealings and she was happy to answer all of our questions (as first home buyers, we had a few!). She was accommodating of any requests that we had and generally made the buying process as simple and easy as possible. We looked at a lot of properties and she was the agent that made us feel the most comfortable about the process and she was clear in expectations and not pushy at all. We look forward to using Gabriela in future.

This was the 8th or 9th property I've bought through David or his team for clients, many of which have been off market. This was another off market purchase which was quite delicate as it was tenanted and one of the vendors were overseas. He had been working on this for months and finally came to fruition. He is extremely well connected and always goes above and beyond to get the best outcome. I cant recommend him highly enough, really enjoy dealing with him as he is a great communicator and works exceptionally hard. I'm sure there are many more of my happy buyers to come!

Gabriela was helpful all the way through and answered all our questions, and helped get the purchase over the line with short timelines. Highly recommended
