James and the team at Hudson McHugh were absolutely amazing to work with. Their area knowledge, skills and follow up processes both with us and buyers were key to driving the successful sale of our property auction. James is also an awesome auctioneer and worked hard to get us the best possible result. If you are thinking of selling, there is no question that Hudson McHugh should be your only choice as selling agent.

I met David Eastway through a previous client of his who has my confidence. From our first meting, during which David explained, in detail, his modus operandi, I was happy to use him. All aspects he had described went very smoothly and with no delays. Cleaning, painting, styling and open houses all went as planned. During a flattening market, in a short time we achieved a very good price for my property. I would recommend him without hesitation to any prospective seller.

David Eastway was introduced to us by a buyer’s who has assisted us in the past. In fact we interviewed agents from three different companies so we could compare the marketing ideas and plans each had to offer. We were keen to include digital media as part of the marketing plan. David was very comfortable with this and he also had some good ideas about how we might get positive editorial traction. Hudson McHugh delivered. As marketing progressed throughout the campaign, David and his team were very strong with feedback and other relevant information. On auction day we had five strong bidders for our home. We achieved an excellent result. Very happy to recommend David Eastway and Hudson McHugh to any potential vendor

I would recommend, without hesitation, James, Philip, Brad & Maria to anyone wanting to sell their home. James or Philip phoned me every every day to keep me informed of the progress of the sale of my home. Their team treated the process as if it was their home they were selling. They were very respectful & took great care of all aspects of my home.

I was very impressed by the way James and his staff, including his Admin staff, handled everything with regard to selling my property. Everything was always carried out in a most professional and courteous manner. He worked incredibly hard to make sure that the experience of my selling my home was as stress free as he could. Big thank you to James and all who helped to make it happen. Cheers

We chose Peter over other agents as we felt he had good communication skills and would work hard for us... we were not disappointed. Peter is extremely thorough and diligent, leaving no stone unturned! He gave us great support (and a shoulder to lean on when needed!), was personable and empathetic and never condescending. This combined with his mature and professional manner made it a pleasure to deal with him. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Peter.

David provided clear and considered advice on all aspects of the sale. We are based Internationally so was unable to be there in person, David provided a full service that resulted in a sale.
