Her no nonsense approach to getting things done quickly and efficiently ,obviously based on years of experience in the industry, meant that every detail was attended to professionally without significant input from the vendor being required. Her ability to negotiate with prospective purchasers was professional and focussed on producing the best possible outcome for the vendor. Honestly as the buyer it’s always hard with the vendors agents but Dave and the Hudson McHugh team were great. Great communication with us throughout the process and incredibly professional.
