I dealt with David as a purchaser and the whole process was very well handled. In fact his whole team work beautifully together to make the process as smooth and stress free as possible. They all understand that transacting a property is a huge decision and did their absolute best to accomodate any requests I had. I'd certainly recommend them.

From the moment we met Peter we knew we had found someone who we could trust to sell our family home. His passion for what he does and his collaborative manner put us instantly at ease. Peter’s extensive knowledge of the local area and his authentic and honest advice reassured us that we were in good hands from the very start. Peter made selling our home of 24 years stress free and we had complete confidence in his approach. He established clear lines of communication from the very beginning and we were always completely informed throughout the entire process. Peter’s absolute eye for detail and expert knowledge supported us to present our house for a successful sale, and the result totally exceeded our expectations. We can’t thank Peter enough and highly recommend him and the team at Hudson McHugh if you were thinking of buying or selling a property. Thank you again Peter.

David was a great communicator throughout the entire sale process. He regularly gave updates on how many people were inspecting, which groups were seriously interested, feedback on what market value they were receiving from potential buyers. All round, we're very happy with the experience.

From the moment we met Peter, we knew he was the person we wanted to sell our home. His passion for what he does and the inner west is truly second to none. To say that Peter went above and beyond during his time as our agent would be a drastic understatement. Peter not only supported us in selling our beloved family home, but also on our journey to buy our new home. Constantly keeping in contact with us and letting us know what was happening in the market, what was becoming available, suggested approaches when we were tackling the Sydney property market as a buyer. His experience and advice has truly been invaluable. When it finally came time for us to sell, Peter kept us involved every step of the way; guiding us through the approach, taking on our feedback, bring transparent and realistic, and answering every single question we had. We felt completely at ease with the whole selling process knowing Peter was at the helm and had our best interests at heart. We had an absolutely phenomenal outcome on top of a very smooth selling process, and it was all down to the hard work of Peter (and Johnny!). I know that if we ever choose to sell again, Peter will absolutely be the first person we call. Thank you so much Peter, we appreciate you so much and are so grateful for everything you’ve done for our family.

No words can express how grateful I am with Jacky and Johnny. The way she handle the whole process, professionalism, knowledge, and most importantly the ability to see the potential in my property are definitely what convinced me to go ahead and hand over the exclusive sale rights to Hudson Mchugh.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Philip on the sale of my property at 2/5 Jones Street, Croydon. Right from the start, Philip demonstrated a level of professionalism and knowledge that inspired confidence in me as a seller. Philip's approach was not only grounded in his expertise but also marked by a deep understanding of the emotional attachment I had to the unit, despite never having lived in the property myself. His empathetic guidance provided valuable insights and made the entire selling process easier. What truly set Philip apart for me, was his commitment and dedication he demonstrated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Philip to anyone in search of a reliable and effective real estate agent. His professionalism, knowledge, and empathetic approach make him an invaluable partner in the journey of buying or selling a property. Working with Philip has not only been a rewarding experience, it has also given me the confidence to endorse him to others seeking a excellent real estate professional.

This is the second property David has sold for us and he continues to be the best in the business. His knowledge of the market, and vast black book of potential buyers means our property sold quicker than we expected and for a greater price! Every member of David’s team that we dealt with were pleasant, professional and exceptional at their jobs. Thank you!

This was the second time my family have sold with Jackie and nothing compares to her honesty, incredible negotiation skills and I couldn't recommend her anymore. Thank you to Jackie, Gautier and the team in Hudson McHugh for your experience and the positive outcome for our property which wouldn't have been possible without you all. Why would you go with anyone else but Jackie?

I engaged Peter to sell my apartment as I had met him 5 years earlier, while looking to purchase my first home. Clearly the property he was selling was out of my price range, but he nonetheless took the time to give me his honest guidance and advice. So, when it came time to sell my beloved apartment, naturally, I looked him up. Peter was alongside me every step of the way, alleviating my stress and reassuring me with his long standing experience. If you're after an agent that you can trust will represent you and your property with class and integrity (without the BS you might expect) he's your man.
