Gabriela was aware that I'd been looking for ages and had specific requirements, and went out of her way to proactively help me find the property I eventually bought. I found she was very capable and knowledgeable, really a straight shooter, followed up well and kept her word on things, all of which I had learned not to take for granted in Sydney property! She never created unrealistic expectations or gilded the lily, demonstrating integrity that I appreciated after a long search. Thanks, Gabriela.

We noticed Philip two years ago when we attended an auction. He acted very professional and gave us good suggestions for our plan to sell the house. He sold one property for us on May. And this is the second property. We are happy with the results. Will definitely recommend Philip to our friends.

I met David for the first time to check out his suitability to market & sell a property at Leichhardt before I met 2 other prospectives. Met David, read his Proposal and it was a fait accompli, wasn't going to interview any other Agents. David had the property exchanged within 10 days of listing for more than I envisioned. He was always precise, prompt, responsive, communicative engaging and receptive to vendors, my, wishes. I don't normally write references/performance reviews but to be honest David did everything right and he is entitled to these compliments. David, thanks.

Thank you, Gabriela, for the outstanding advice and service you have provided to me throughout the whole process of assisting my previous tenant to find new accommodation, ensuring my apartment was freshened through painting, managing minor maintenance needs, as well as arranging for new floorboards and blinds to be installed. You also ensured the apartment would be seen in its best possible form. The culmination of all of your work led to a quick sale that perfectly met my expectation. Thank you for your dedication in managing my property for so many years and then finding new owners who will make it their lovely home. Your communication, management skills, expertise and professionalism is first class in every way. Any person wise enough to contract your services will benefit enormously. Very best wishes for continued great service and success in the future. I am very grateful for the wonderful way you have looked after a very important asset for me.

We engaged David to sell our property which was an overwhelming experience to navigate with young children. David was able to provide well researched intel on the real estate market in the area and walk us through a very detailed sales plan. He made sure that the campaign was seamless and took the pressure off us by coordinating the various contractors required to get our property ready. We were well informed on how the campaign was going and always received prompt and detailed responses to our questions. In the end we sold well above what we expected and we have no doubt that was due to David and the Hudson McHugh's team efforts. We are pleased with the results and grateful we made the right choice when picking a sales agent. A massive thank you to David and team.
