We have had an amazingly positive experience with Peter and Hudson McHugh with the sale of our house in Ashfield. Peter has a very good knowledge of the property market in the area and used that knowledge to give us a positive, yet realistic expectation of what our house was worth. Peter took us step by step through the preparation and sale process and, despite the reality that he had other active clients that he was working with, he made us feel like we had 100% of his attention at all times. Peter facilitated all of the logistics to help us prepare the property so that our only responsibility was to the house. During the sale process, which ended up only being "off-market", Peter's communication with my partner and me was exemplary. At no point were we left not knowing what was going on.
