Peter and his team at Hudson McHugh were wonderful during our extremely quick off market sale. They guided us every step of the way and kept us informed throughout the whole process delivering a very fast result exceeding our expectations. Peter’s network is vast and we believe without his knowledge and connections, none of this would be possible. A big ‘Thank you!’ to Peter and his team, we highly recommend Hudson McHugh to look after your property.

I bought my house off David a few years ago, and sold it with him recently. Him and his team were engaged, warm and transparent both times. As a vendor, his market knowledge and estimates were spot-on. David helped make what could have been a stressful experience seamless and almost enjoyable! I wouldn't hesitate buying off or selling with David again in the future.

I contacted James after he negotiated the sale of a house across the road. From the first meeting to the actual sale of my home, James and his team (special mention to Matthew Lovicu) kept me updated with every aspect of the process. James is very generous with his time, works tirelessly to get the right people to your property and is quick to respond to your call/email/text at any time. He knows the local market extremely well. It was a huge decision for me to decide to sell my home and move out of Sydney after so many years and James was very aware of my apprehension - he was always kind and considerate when taking me through the process. I felt James was always provided honest advice/feedback and I could not recommend him and the Hudson McHugh agency highly enough. I must also mention the team behind the scenes in the office (Panagiota Tyropolis) who make the whole process very easy for the vendor. If you are thinking of selling, go straight to James and his team.

David and his team guided me through the process of selling and gave me professional objective advice that no doubt helped maximise the selling price. David is very professional and has a genuine passion for what he does - and he does it well. From the very first meeting I felt confident in David to manage the process of selling my home. I got a great price for my property which was at the upper range of what David had originally esitimated. I can strongly recommend David.

First deal I’ve done with Peter and I was very impressed. We spoke many times within a short period to get the deal together. Peter was a pleasure to work with, extremely transparent and stuck to his word. I think the overall price was a good outcome for all parties. I was actually blown away with how well Peter handled the negotiation process and it was evident that he was supportive of us as buyers, as well as being fair and honest with his vendors. As a buyers agent, I’m now looking forward to more deals together.

We recently bought a property that Peter had listed and found him to be transparent, genuine and efficient throughout the process. He has not hesitated to assist as as needed throughout the process and well afterwards. We also appreciated Johnny’s support throughout.

In our experience, we found Peter Vassils to be an absolutely wonderful agent and are so happy we chose him to represent us. He was incredibly professional yet very personable, easy to contact when we had questions for him and he made the whole process of selling our home as seamless as possible. He also achieved an outstanding result for us and we couldn’t be happier. We feel quite confident recommending Peter to anyone selling their home in the Inner West especially in Summer Hill as he is so familiar with the area. We also found the Team at Hudson McHugh to be incredibly professional and very organised. We were kept informed every step of the way and we found all the team members to be really helpful.

I purchased a unit that Peter was the agent for the vendor. He had advised me of this unit that was coming up for sale off market when I was looking at another one, and he took the time to listen to my needs and followed up. Peter kept me informed throughout the process and was true to his promise to arrange a private inspection prior to open house and was honest in telling that it would be right for me. He knew my budget and my precise needs which made my dealings with him very professional and honest. Peter also went to extra mile to advise on the steps I needed to take to move quickly to secure the property, and the deal was done smoothly. I couldn't be any happier and would highly recommend Peter.
