Dealing with David and the Hudson McHugh team at Leichhardt has been a great experience. The whole team was very easy and professional to work with which gave my wife and I confidence that our property was in good hands. I would rate this firm the most professional, reliable & efficient agency we have dealt with since investing in property for over 10 years. Thank you David and Team

It is always a pleasure working with James Price and Matthew Lovicu. They were incredibly helpful leading up to the auction, which was greatly appreciated by my client. James and Matthew's transparency and professionalism made it so much easier to guide my client through the auction process with a success outcome ! Purchasing a property always has an element of stress attached to it, the boys made the process seamless. I am looking forward to working together on the next property brief - SIMPLII Property Buyers Agents

James is extremely professional, proactive, efficient and very easy to deal with. He has deep market knowledge and access to buyers, which facilitated a very strong off-market result in a more challenging environment. We would have no hesitation in recommending James to anyone wanting to sell their house.

David and his team have consistently kept my wife and I informed about market conditions even before we decided to sell. They have a very good understanding of the market and trends. This was very useful in determining a marketing strategy and setting pricing guidelines. David was also able to put us in touch with the many tradespeople we required to return the property to top condition. We were kept well informed throughout the sales campaign and David was very determined despite some early setbacks.
