David ran us through both the approach for selecting a price, as well as the overall strategy for selling our house - this was all backed up with the numbers from previous sales in the area. We really appreciated this data-driven approach. Once we got the ball rolling, it really felt like we had the full support of Hudson McHugh behind us - photos, floorplanning, styling suggestions, building inspection - all of it was taken care of for us, and we were amazed at how quickly things moved. We selected to put the house up for auction on David's recommendation, though we ended up selling within 10 days of going to market, and for higher than the top-end that we had expected!
