Lack of transparency
Being a landlord and tenant myself I understand the importance of keeping both happy, and that property managers ultimately work for the landlord. However in my recent experience it has been disappointing to find out that the PM has not been transparent in the lease agreement process, and that my request that was being considered by the landlord is now rejected due to her dissuading advise to the landlord. There are outstanding maintenance issues from start of lease until today that still has not been resolved which makes the entire experience of leasing with Ray White not a smooth or easy one. Unfortunately because of this lack of integrity I will not be engaging with Ray White to lease my other properties.
