In Apr 2021, Jess sold our neighbours property for a street record price. Despite our home being a smaller block / smaller layout, Jess was still convinced she could get close. Jess gave us some tips for house prep & was adamant she could sell off market. We had one “VIP Preview” & received multiple offers. Was literally a 3 day process & Jess Matched the Street Record selling our home for 40% more than what we had originally paid for it 4 years prior. Would 110% recommend Jess to Anyone!

Jess was recommended to me by 2 or 3 different people and everywhere we looked around her face was showing up and we thought she was of interest to us. Even on the first visit, we felt comfortable with Jess, and the second and third time, it felt like we were inviting a family member over. We had a number of real estate agents knocking on our door and they were all dollar driven and pushy and Jess was not dollar driven and wasn’t pushing us to sell, just guiding us on where we needed to be and we focused on getting it ready to that point and when it came time to sell, it was so quick and so easy. There was no stress, she gave us a clear and concise plan and directed us to what she felt would be beneficial for us and our sale. Overall it was an whirlwind sale, going from signing up to on the market in 3 days – sold! Jess did the job really well, very easy to deal with and gave us her expertise and time, it made the process so workable for both parties and I think that makes a difference on how people feel about selling their houses. What we valued most is the relationship we formed with Jess and her team, they became like family coming in and supporting us. To be a 3 bedroom home and to make a record sale price is just phenomenal, it’s an exciting, historic event. It blew us away to be honest, we would recommend Jess over and over again.
