We were associated with Ray White Marsden Park for 4 years...we decided to sell my property and appointed Ray White Logan city . They were not able to sell property with the expected priced. So we decided to contact Ray White Marsden Park as they were managing property for the past 4 years. We were given wrong information with regards to price and buyers they have so that we can sign the agreement with them. As soon we signed the agreement we were told that Market has gone down and there are no buyers in the Market and were given ridiculous price of the property ...we stayed adamant that we will not sell property below agreed price($300k). After that there was no news so after 3 to 4 months we decided to put down our property for sale...as soon as we decided there appears buyer. Still price was not as we were expecting ....we only decided to sell property below the agreed price ($295k)as in our previous conversation we told real estate that we will only sell below agreed price if they make there commissioner flat $5k( Do have messages). Here comes sales part as soon as property became unconditional and when told about the commission, we were told to contact principal ( Avi Khan) as we have really good relationswith him. Despite numerous calls, messages there was no answer ...and after the settlement we received an invoice of $11k approx towards commission. We are not sure this feedback will make any impact on them ...but we trusted them thinking they will look after us as we bought property from them and we made clear to them at the start that anything below $300k will be a big loss for us ...but still they just wanted to make money out from our losses...This is the last time I am dealing with them.

My first time selling a house & to say I was nervous would be an understatement however Cory assisted & reassured me through the whole process making for a smooth & stress free sale. He understood my needs & delivered on every single one of them, he was never to busy to answer questions or check in on how everything was going! I couldn't believe how fast he was able to secure a contract on the house especially for the price I needed. My only regret is not going to Cory when I had tried to sell a few years previous. My advice to anyone looking to sell is look no further than Cory because I can guarantee he is the only agent you need!!!
