I first came into contact with Jess in 2018 she came to my house and sat with me and discussed sales and her strategies to sell houses , she was bright bubbly and friendly and loved a chat , Jess and Jade always stayed in touch from there on and I said to myself I would always have Jess as my agent to sell my house , fast forward 6 years and I stayed true to my word and she did to hers and they sold my house , it wasn’t a walk in the park and wasn’t the price what we hoped for but nether the less still a great result , we almost lost our strongest buyer but Jess was determined to keep the sale with this buyer so we jumped a few hurdles and we crossed the finish line with great relief . I also want to give a big mention to Jade for constantly checking in and keeping me updated on the teams results in the area and also just to say hello and have a chat she definitely gave me confidence in their processes. I would highly recommend Jess and her team to sell in not just the heritage park area , her area knowledge beats all .

I am the type of person that does a fair bit of research before I commit to a certain persons services and I am glad I made the right decision having Ryan sell my property. Only negative thing is that I wish that I knew Ryan 6 months ago so that he could of sold my other investment property. Ryan had the best profit to sales ratio in the area, the best presentation and personality. His constant communication kept me abreast of what was happening. I am exceptionally happy with his service and would not hesitate in using Ryan again.
