This was my first time selling a house, and I must admit that I wasn`t particularly looking forward to the whole process. My wife had passed away very suddenly and unexpectedly a few years ago, and since then I have been struggling emotionally on a number of fronts. I therefore decided to sell my investment property, as I no longer wanted to retain it. The horrible stories that you hear about some Real Estate agents, and the added thought of haggling about pricing etc. made me hesitant about proceeding, but I knew that I needed to sell. I must say that in hindsight Keny made the whole process that I was dreading, a reasonably pleasant and painless experience. I thought that the Market Appraisal documentation created for my property, and given to me at the beginning of the process was very professionally done, and provided me with all the information that I required to assess the reasoning behind the supplied valuation. Keny always provided me with polite guidance, if I requested it, for the various forms and documentation that need to be submitted to various agencies. I also found that Keny always provided me with timely feedback when it was required, and sought my advice when it was needed. I found that quite pleasing that I was actively asked for advice, or consent if needed. In the end I was very happy with both the process, the time frame, and the sale price achieved. I think that Keny did a very diligent and professional job throughout the sale, and would have no hesitation in having her act on my behalf again in the future.
