He was very forthcoming and fair in closing out the purchase. He was always there to assist in any way possible to make this is smooth process for us. Gavin was good and easy to work with, professional and available to provide details when required. Communication with the vendor was clear and prompt, which made us comfortable and eased off any worries. Had very minor contractual issues but that was soon resolved with discussion. We worked with Gavin for pricing of the property and with Megan for all other issues. Will rate Megan separately.

We recently purchased our new family home through Matt. Thank you to Matt and the team from Ray White Menai for your help and assurance during an uncertain time. I found Matt honest and very responsive to all my queries and the process of this purchase an exciting and enjoyable one.

Andrew always presented the most professional image as an estate agent. He knew the market and was always looking to support the vendor, in every detail of the sale. He was always punctual with appointments and provided information and updates on every aspect of our sale. I would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew to any prospective client.

Gavin had made a lasting impression on us 15 years ago when he helped us find our house so it really was a no brainer who was going to help us sell it! He’s very motivated, easy to deal with, all with impeccable professionalism. Can’t recommend Gavin enough...

We found Ruth to be very direct, engaging and knowledgeable at all times. She had an energy that was captivating and nothing seemed impossible for her, even during the challenges and restrictions Covid 19 presented. Ruth always accommodated our ideas and we relied on her guidance as to how our home should be marketed and the result exceeded our expectations. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ruth to anyone intending to sell their home.

Megan sold us our house 15 years ago, and back then she made such a great impression that it was a no brainer when we needed a professional agent again! Through all the stress of selling she was that calm, very organised voice, all done with a very happy smile... an absolute delight to deal with!
