Working with Gavin was made to be a simple process due to his key personal attributes; he is very knowledgeable of the Sutherland Shire area, he is very understanding and gets to know his client, has an honest fun nature and is extremely thorough in all aspects of the selling process. We accepted an offer for our home in three weeks of going to market, we experienced a high volume of viewings, multiple offers and were continuously given updates/feedback. I first bought a house in the area approx. 15 years and then again another house 9 years ago. Gavin was on the scene then starting out. It is nice to see now, so many years later that not only is his face solely on properties for sale, but that he is present as a senior sales consultant at each open house. We just purchased our third property in the area. He was knowledgeable about the property, if he did not know the answer then and there ,he would phone me back.
