We recently sold our unit through Ray White Menai. This could have been difficult but it was easy and stress-free because of Gavin, Rob and the Ray White team. They were helpful throughout the process and were honest with response. Highly recommend them.

Gavin, Rob & Curtis had their work cut out for them selling our house but they always remained positive and professional and kept us informed at all stages of the process. We trusted them completely in the sale of our house and would highly recommend them. Brad & Lynn

It is hard for us to make a rating on Gavin as 90% of our dealings were with Robert Devine or Curtis. They were absolutely fabulous and accommodated us every time we asked - thanks guys, they would have been 5 stars

Matt demonstrated all the attributes of a great Agent. He was personable and friendly, he quickly identified our needs for a newly built home and high expectations. He was consistently very good in assisting us with our enquiries and we found his advice in the long run to be invaluable, which enabled us to get early access to our new home which made our move much easier and a great cost saving. We found Matt to be open and willing to help us anytime during the transition. We would highly recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy and sell their property.

We sold our property with very little stress due to Gavin and his back up team. Everything went smoothly and we sold quickly. Gavin negotiated a price we were happy with in this environment of a slowing market. We had confidence because of Gavin's experience and knowledge and Ray White's wide reach to buyers. Thanks again.

Always kept us up to date, made herself available to contact at all times. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her. She made the process less stressful than I thought it was going to be.
