We were very apprehensive about the whole process of selling our house and therefore interviewed four different Real Estate agencies. We chose Matt, because Matt guided us through the Auction process with a very clear and concise explanation. This included how the sale price would be determined and how the we would determine our Reserve. He continuously provided us with great advice on how we could prepare our house for sale and from the beginning of the marketing process, kept us continuously informed on the progression of the open house viewings. Once the open house viewings started he tirelessly kept in contact with prospective buyers, guiding them towards where we thought the value of our house sat in the market. He continually gave guidance to, not only those who were near our price, but gave no expectations for those that could not get our approval. In all after much negotiation with the buyers, Matt identified how we should proceed to make a sale and give us the greatest value. I feel very comfortable with the process that we went through, and have no doubt that Matt achieved the highest price that he could under the circumstances. When you are selling your house you want the agent working for you to have only your interests as the main goal and that was Matt. I would not hesitate in recommending Matt and his team to anyone who is thinking of selling their house.
