Had a fantastic experience with Gavin and Rob, both are very knowlegeable and professional. We would highly recommend them and definitely use them again. We had a bad experience with an incompetent agent who couldn't sell our house in 3 1/2 months, Gavin and Rob sold it in 2 1/2 weeks, and got us a higher price !!! You can't go wrong with them. They are great.

Gavin and his team were a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole sales process. His communication and constant updates were very reassuring and nothing was a problem. The team was always thoughtful and mindful of our situation and were always happy to accomodate. We always felt that our interests were their number 1 priority. We fully recommend them.

When my parents decided to downsize and sell their property in Illawong, I knew we needed to find a local agent who not only knew the local market but could walk us through this emotional transition. We got lucky..... we found Gavin and his team from Ray White Menai. The team excelled in knowledge of their area and in communicating and all times. Nothing was too much trouble. A great result was achieved above our expectations and we highly recommend Gavin, Rob and Ray White Menai.

This is the third time that I have used Gavin to buy and sell. At all times he has shown a very professional approach and filled me with confidence. In my first sale he achieved a new record for the estate where I was living and this time around again achieved results beyond my expectations. We are very happy with the sales campaign and especially the results. We recommend Gavin unreservedly to anyone thinking of selling or buying.

Megan took the time to get to know my family so she could find us a new home that suited our needs and budget. That's her point of difference , she didnt just try and sell me every home on the market . Her honesty and intergity is paramount . I couldn't be more grateful that Megan was so persistant initially, she knew me & my family well enough to realise that this was our perfect home before we did ! Her personal touch is exceptional, that's really important to us ... She is a highly passionate and dedicated real estate agent that I trust 110% , that's a very rare find ! I have now sold and purchased with Megan and I couldn't be happier with our result . I'm so happy that Megan could share this special moment in our families life . Exceptional result , Thankyou so much

Our requirements for a house were quite unique and after a number of unsuccessful auctions Gavin was very instrumental in us making the purchase of an ideal property. Local knowledge and understanding our requirements were what stood Gavin out from other agents in the area.
