We have always known Matt to be extremely professional, honest and friendly which is why we chose him to sell our property. We are very happy with the entire experience from start to finish and the way he handled our sale. We were always kept well informed and Matt was always available to answer any questions whenever necessary. We would have no hesitation in using Matt again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone wishing to buy or sell. Thanks Matt

We chose Gavin Ottaway from Ray White Menai to sell our property, as we had heard of his reputation for sales in the Illawong Menai area. We were not disappointed. Gavin went out of his way to ensure that the property was marketed properly, resulting in a price at auction that we were very happy with. We recommend him to sell your property. James & Marjorie

Chris sold our vacant land, within three weeks of it going on market, and sold it for more than we had expected. Chris made the process easy and took care of everything for us. We could not be happier with the results.

Once again a great experience with the best. Now having been on both sides as a Vendor and Purchaser on multiple occasions it still amazes me how Gavin is able to exceed all expectations. I am very thankful to have had so many great experiences. Thank you once again Gavin and your team.

It was coincidental that Gavin was marketing an other house that we were looking that Saturday morning that he had advised both myself and partner to consider attending the auction of 16 Austin Street illawong that day. Gavin shared good information (in gesture) that made my partner and i attend the viewing again prior to auction. Gavin took the time to ask if we had any concerns and was accommodating in answering our questions, ensuring that there would not be any any doubt in our decision if we were successful. Gavin was well equipped an informed that made our decision easy. Being in the buyers market for well over 1 year, Gavin and his team has been helpful and informative. Thank you Gavin for helping us in securing our first home together and look forward to spending many happy memories in our home.

We wish to express our gratitude for his excellent professional service in selling our home. His appraisal is comprehensive and informative. We appreciate his suggestion of sale by auction that is in contrary to our initial thinking of sale by private treaty. The result proves that he really understands the market. In fact his marketing campaign is very cost effective. Throughout the sale process, he keeps us well informed of the feedback from prospective buyers. The openings are properly conducted. We are very happy with the result and have no hesitation to recommend his service to our friends and relatives in the area.

Thank you Gavin, for your knowledge, communication and genuine approach as we navigated buying our new home in Menai. This was our first experience of an auction, so we appreciated information on recent market sales and knowing in a timely way where we stood. Feeling very excited and happy - wishing yourself and Rob, all the best. Neil and Amanda Middleton

Hi Gavin, thanks for your assistance with our recent purchase. It was great that you could answer our questions and the fact that you did this in a timely manner was appreciated as well. It was refreshing to deal with a Real Estate Agent that we felt we could trust as they are few and far between.
