We have dealt with both Matt and Megan on multiple occasions and this campaign proved to be no different to any of our previous experiences. Matt, Megan and the Ray White Menai team are highly professional and motivated, and kept us informed and up to date throughout the entire campaign. I believe that in the current market, they were able to achieve a result well above what other comparable properties were achieving in the area at the time, and was certainly above our expectations. I am not sure if buying and selling homes is ever an easy, or pleasurable experience, but the Ray White Menai team certainly make it as stress free and painless as it can possibly get.

We contacted Ray White, Menai to obtain an appraisal and after a meeting with Chris and being totally unprepared we decided to sign on the spot. His personality, knowledge and communication was outstanding and we felt instantly he was the one we wanted to work with. He kept us informed , from every email received to every open house, he guided us through every step. We had so much trust in him, he could not of made the process any easier. He was so enthusiastic and encouraging we just cant recommend him enough. Selling/buying a home is usually a stressful time but Chris has totally made this journey a fabulous one and we can't thank him enough. If we ever sold another home we would have absolutely no hesitation in working with Chris again.
