This is the second time Gavin has sold a property for me and each time has been fuss free and achieved great a result. Gavin offered great advice on how to present our unit that helped get a great price. I highly recommend Gavin and would be more than happy to use him again. Thanks Gavin for getting my wife and I a great result. Andrew & Emily.

From the time I put my offer in to settlement everything went without a hitch. It was easier than buying a car. I would recommend Gavin and his Team at Ray White Menai to anyone wishing to buy or sell. Thanks Gavin

Matt was extremely helpful throughout the process of selling our house. He clearly demonstrated the reason as to why Ray White Menai are the top selling agents within the area by his professionalism, knowledge of market and product and excellent negotiation and communication skills. I would not hesitate to utilise his services again at any point in the future and would highly recommend you doing the same!

I was incredibly stressed about selling our house, but Megan made the whole process so easy! She was just so lovely, warm and caring, and her knowledge of the market is excellent. She managed to get us a great price for our house whilst maintaining integrity, which was really important to us. She was always reachable, gave us great advice and even offered to help me get the house ready when I was in hospital before an inspection! I would recommend her without hesitation.

Matt is the best agent in the Menai Illawong area. I would highly recommend him,he most honest agent I have dealt with a lot of agents will tell you anything to get your listing then underperform, when dealing with Matt at listing he made commitments and over the sales period delivered on them ( sad but a rarity in the realestate business )

I dealt with Matt and his team for a number of years both in leasing my property and its eventual sale. The service was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending Matt to anyone contemplating lease or sale.

Some 12 years ago Gavin sold us our Menai home. When we thought about selling, our immediate choice was Gavin. Over the years he had continued to evolve in to an quality agent who was across the market, potential buyers and service proposition. I am very pleased with the sale and how Gavin handled the process. Glenn

After interviewing multiple agents Chris Lechowicz stood out due to his dedication, enthusiasm & willingness to get the job done. His professional approach and continual contact with detailed feedback enabled us to have all the information required to make an informed decision regarding the sale of our home. Chris kept in regular contact after each open home with continuous updates regarding interest and offers. His negotiation skills were second to none with the outcome of our sale exceeding our expectations by far. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris to family, friends or anyone looking to sell their home.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ray White Menai to anyone, either selling or buying a property. I dealt with Matt and found him to be knowledgeable and credible, he provide good market insight and he was at all times realistic. The dealings I had with the office staff were always professional and pleasant, a nice change from experiences I have had in the past dealing with other agents. Again, I would recommend these guys, they do a great job.

We wish to take the opportunity to thank Gavin Ottaway and Jamie-Leigh Brady from Ray White Menai for the friendly and professional manner in which you marketed and sold our property in Menai. From appraisal to settlement Des and I were most impressed with your attention to detail and expertise during the whole process. The fact that our house was sold almost immediately speaks volumes for you both and you have achieved a record price in record time. Your follow up during and after the sale was excellent and very much appreciated. We have and will continue to recommend you to other people whom wish to sell their property with the assurance you will guide them through a time which can be very stressful and we know that you will achieve the best price just as we did. Good luck in the future and once again a big thank you and hope we can maintain the friendship we developed. Gerry & Des Incollingo (Vendors)

Matt and his team of Chris and Jamie were professional and personable. Jamie always arrived well before the opens to set up and presented a wonderful open and friendly manner. Matt's knowledge of the real estate business and what needs to be done to gain a good sale is obvious from the first time we met him. We would not hesitate to recommend Matt and his team to others wanting a successful and quick sale.
