After selecting Ray White Menai as a real estate agency, we were fortunate to team up with Megan Lawrence as the lead agent to market our property. The sale was challenging in that we approached Megan just prior to Christmas with a brief to sell early in the New Year. Megan is a consummate professional and had all the necessary preliminaries under way or completed before the Christmas break, such that we were able to list and have our first viewing in the second week of January. Once the sale process was under way, we were always given timely feedback of prospective buyer responses, which were gathered on the same day when possible. The upshot was that we received and accepted an offer less than two weeks after listing. My wife and I believe that this outcome was in large part due to the efforts of Megan whose warm and sunny personality and diligent following of leads contributed to the successful outcome.
