I was selling a property on behalf of my elderly parents who were power of attorney for my uncle who was placed in aged care. That scenario was complex in itself but not a problem for Alyssa. We can make this work together. We needed a super quick sale without compromising the need for a great financial return acting in the best interests of my parents and uncle. We needed pay for Aged Care Lump Sum RAD. As every month (without a sale) another $8-10k went out the door to the aged care provider. We agreed a sales strategy and the property went on the market on January 6. Not a great time of year to sell during the summer holidays.
