Alyssa was an absolute pleasure to deal with in my recent purchase. The property was a brand new build, which was sold off market and prior to full completion, this meant that process was fairly lengthy. Despite this, Alyssa was never pushy and was always generous with her time as we went through the property multiple times at multiple stages of the build. She was always understanding with whatever concerns we had and always offered genuine advice. Despite obviously needing to have the vendors best interests in mind, it never in the slightest felt as though she was trying to take us for a ride, pressure or manipulate us in any way. She was open, honest, polite and well organised, we trusted her. From our positive experience with Alyssa we have now decided to have Ray White as our agents for the sale of our current property.
