We developed a strong rapport with Megan the moment we met. Megan understood the sale of our first family home was a big decision, providing support & guidance throughout the process. Megan is approachable & knowledgeable. Megan constantly communicated with us and made the selling process super quick and smooth, we wouldn’t hesitate to buy or sell a house with Megan, highly recommended.

Gavin Ottaway from Ray White Sutherland Shire produced a great result with the sale of our Menai property. Gavin was confident with his knowledge of the market, encouraging & professional throughout the entire process. One thing that really stood out was the amazing communication as Gavin and his team kept us in the loop, every step of the way. Highly Recommended!

Gavin and his team provided a very high level of service, right from the outset. The initial consultations and discussions around market comparisons proved to be right on the money and their communication with me was excellent. I always felt I knew what was happening after each showing of the property and where each buyer was at. In the end, despite a last-minute hiccup with the sale, it all went through as well as I could have hoped and I was happy with the result. I would recommend Gavin and his team.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of support, guidance and attention I received from the team at Ray White, especially from Robert. The level of communication was excellent, and I felt I knew what was happening through the entire campaign. I was also happy that I was only communicating with two people through the journey, making communication with the agency easy and seamless. I would recommend this team wholeheartedly.
