Stephanie's honest friendly manner made her a delight to work with. She kept us abreast of everything happening with the sale. My husband and I could not fault the service we received from Stephanie during the sale process. Excellent service all round, we would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone considering selling their property.

We were extremely pleased with the service provided by Gavin and his team at Ray White Menai, and the outcome that they achieved. They organised a good marketing campaign based on their assessment of the market, and supported this by regular open house viewings and follow up inquiries. We were impressed by their hard work, and the way in which we were kept informed during the sale process. As a result we were pleased with the sale price for the property and the timeliness of the sale period.

We achieved an off market sales result through Gavin and his team, without any online marketing the property, which saved us a a lot of time, money and heartache in going through a campaign in a down market.

I recently purchased a property, with Stephanie being the Sales Agent. Having never purchased a property before, I was extremely anxious about the upcoming process. Stephanie was sensational throughout – welcoming at the first open inspection and most informative during the negotiation / contract stages. I would highly recommend Stephanie as an Agent. She is extremely approachable, knowledgeable and enthusiastic - she gets the job done!
