Professional and Honest

Our review of Rob Devine
From the immediate start of our process of purchasing our property in Menai, Rob has been nothing short of excellent. We are first home buyers and Rob made everything clear as crystal in terms of what would happen if we made decision X or decision Y. Rob was always transparent and never baulked at any questions we had. Even during the cool off period, we ran into a couple of issues and Rob simply took care of it all on his end and made us feel at ease. This was probably one of the best things about our experience with Rob. When someone goes above your expectations, you know that they do what they do because they love it. Second to none

A really friendly agent
Real estate agents in general have a bad reputation because of all the tricks they pull on buyers. We immediately liked Matt because he wasn't trying to put any pressure on us, and he was very patient with all the questions we had. While the agent wasn't a factor in our choice of property, we are quite glad we had to deal with Matt -- he's done a great job!
