We recently purchased in Menai. A move that was relocating from Western Sydney to the Sutherland Shire. We had no idea about the area or market and reached out to several agents from local agencies to assist with our search. None of them contacted us back, a lot of them tried to get us to houses outside of our budget or wouldn't give us price guides. A lot of them were rude to us and just generally typical sales agents on the hard sell.
