Ruth understood our market and what our buyers wanted. She communicated very well with us as vendors and with potential buyers of our home. We found her weekly reports to be informative and helpful, and she was very professional in her dealings with everyone.

I have known Matt Debreczeni for a number of years and have always been impressed with his honesty, integrity and willingness to assist people in this business of property sales & marketing. I would also add that he has always been available to discuss the minefield of questions that come up when one considers buying or selling a property. With the assistance of his team he has managed to ensure that this process is efficiently handled. I have additional property that I intend to put on the market in the near future and I expect to engage Matt Debreczeni and his team at Ray White Menai once again.

Gavin is very professional. He knows the market very well. This is the second time Gavin has sold a house for us and we would definitely use him and the Ray White Team again.

Our agent was Megan. She was always one step ahead in knowing our requirements. She provided all the answers due to an outstanding knowledge of our region. We were able to sell at our price after only a week due to her great negotiating skills. The whole Ray White team was great. Matt's regular contact was reassuring and we felt we had two agents working for us.

Matt & his team were professional, experienced, knowledgeable & thorough throughout the campaign with a good result in the end. I would highly recommend Matt from Ray White Sutherland.

Matt assisted us in viewing many properties until we found the right one for us. His easy going nature and professional attitude made it a pleasure to deal with him. He went out of his way to field our calls outside of normal operating hours and that included his private time during his weekends (mainly Sundays). We are very impressed with his market and local property knowledge which again assisted us in making a purchase decision.

It’s always daunting selling and buying a property however Megan Lawrence kept me informed , nothing was a problem and it felt like a friend was helping me . No fancy selling spools just down to earth genuine assistance with my purchase. Megan is professional , motivated, and quick to respond with any queries you may have. She’s definitely my ‘go to’ real estate lady from now on. She took what is usually a very anxious time and put me totally at ease. Well done Megan you are definitely suited to your chosen field.
