Belinda is an absolute joy to deal with and i love her directness with both me as the landlord and with my tenants. When things need to be done, they get done. I've dealt mainly with her over the years and it's a relationship that just continues to grow.

At the moment the rental market is very tight in Sydney and surrounding areas. However, Ray White Merrylands found no challenge in this obstacle. They were professional, diligent and efficient. If you are struggling to find your next home, I would recommend giving them a call.

The rental property team at Ray White Merrylands is great. Whenever there is a problem, they are quick onto it. Even when current tenants left just 1 week before Christmas, they got renovations organised to be finished first week back in January and they found a new tenant within the week.
