We had bad previously experience with tenants, Sylvana made transitioning to new tenant very easily. I am very happy with the tenants currently. She took care of everything related to the transition and I had to do was fill the form.

I was in a hurry to find a place as I had to move out of my current place soon. I looked at a property for rent on a Saturday which I liked and wanted to apply for. I am not the best at doing online applications It was a bit of a struggle getting everything together. So I called the office on Monday and explained I needed some help with the application. James was only to willing to help me with it. I went to the office and completed the form in short time. To my surprise my application was processed in no time at all and I he called me a few hrs later to tell me I was successful and I could move in when I wanted. I would absolutely recommend the team at Ray white Merrylands for all your reality needs.

Mandy and the team have done a good job as my real estate agents over the last 8 years, and I've never really had a problem with them or the tenants they have recommended to me, with the rent always paid on time. I wish they were a little more proactive on organising inspections, rather than waiting for me to prompt them every time, but otherwise I've never had an issue.

I dealt with a few agents and by far, the service received by Sylvana at Ray white Merrylands has been outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me during my difficult time and without her assistance, patience and empathy I dont know how I would have survived the past year. Sylvana has been caring and understanding and talking to her is always a pleasant experience. Thank you
