I was quite impressed by Sylvana from our first visit. She sounded quite confident and that really encouraged us to proceed with Ray White. She kept following up and kept in touch with my house moving progress. Kept me updated about the application and asked for consent. Overall, she made the leasing process very simple and easy for us. Would highly recommend her and Ray White team.

Felt like i was allowing a family member to take care of my property. They were able yo understand exactly what my needs as a landlord was and were able to deliver tenants to my requirements in such a short time. My house was leased out in the same week. Highly recommend as you will not find many family owned real estates that take pride in their work

Thanks Guys, after completing my rental application, you all were so quick in your response to let me know that YAY, I'm the new tenant. Jacinta has been so wonderful to deal with and has been so helpful, even providing me with contact details to sort out the initial issues. I have rented my last unit for over 15 years and have not had this kind of personal service. So, thanks guys for being a great team to deal with :)

I recently engaged Silvana to rent out our duplex in Merrylands, the experiance was plesant and promt. We were able to find the right match of tenants and quickly rent out the home. Post lease the property management experiance has been great with Belinda looking after us very closely. I recommend any one looking for property management service to check with these guys.
