Agent took time to explain the selling process well, very patient with me and I felt no judgement from him. He communicate clearly and being available when ever I tried to contact him. Communication was good to me but market knowledge was a bit out re the appraisal. Advised me that my solictor is no good as too slow to respond to her request, the solictor is a good friend of mine so this comment didn't go down too well with me. Achieved a good result for me so I am happy.
