Michael was very upfront and told it as he sees it. Great knowledge and communication. Sold our unit in a short period of time and for a price we were happy with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Michael or his team.

Buying a house can at times be incredibly stressful and overwhelming. My partner and I were first home buyers and Michael was so patient with us and was always available to answer the many questions we had. We trust Michael and the Merrylands Ray White team and have continued to engage them as our property managers. I highly recommend the team there for both purchasing and rental interests. Thanks Michael! Victoria & Martin

I high recommend Michael Azzi and his team to any potential home sellers. Michael sold our property recently. While the market has slowed and the high prices have dropped we were very satisfied with the result. In all my dealings with Michael, he was very professional, personable , honest, passionate and listened and offered very sound advice throughout the whole process. He would follow up on all leads and follow me up for instructions - outside business hours and was always accommodating and flexible. Michael went above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend Michael and his team to any future buyer or seller in the area. You won't be disappointed !!

In the selling of my parents house, Michael Azzi went beyond and above, his genuineness and professionalism in dealing with organizing flyers, paperwork and the photographing of the premises was outstanding, he communicated with myself for all the details that needed to be addressed. In saying this I felt he was just not the officer of real estate but more so a friend, if in the future I need to deal with the Real Estate I would have no hesitation in taking my business to Michael Azzi.

Michael and his team managed the sales process very well and maintained excellent communication with us even-though we were travelling in Europe at the time. We were pleased with the outcome and the whole experience with Ray White Merrylands
