Honesty, integrity and a great result!
To be perfectly honest, we chose Luke off a bit of whim. We have connections with so many real estate agents in Mildura, however, when we received Luke's letter in our mailbox we decided that we would meet him and 'see what we thought'. We felt an instant genuine vibe. This meant everything to us as honesty means a lot. We didn't want someone to 'tell us what we wanted to hear'. From the very beginning, Luke was thorough, explicit in his explanations, and very honest in managing our expectations of the sales process. Luke was confident in expressing what we needed to do to set ourselves up for success, and that we did! We appreciated Luke's professionalism, communication, and integrity throughout the entire sales process. We were overwhelmed by our successful result and can't thank Luke and his team enough.
