The best experience EVER - Again!!
Damian has now sold 2 of my homes and both sales were emotional for different reasons - But it never felt like a transaction and Damian acknowledged and emphasised with my feelings. From the moment I called Damian and said I wanted to sell again the call ended with a time for us to meet up - From the date my house was listed to settlement day was just over a month! Damian left me with a list of what needed to be completed so I knew exactly where I stood including an estimated sale price - Mind you Damian sold my house like many others for well above that estimated price! Every call I made, every email I sent and every text I sent were answered quickly! Even my silly questions Damian took seriously and reassured me it was a good thing to ask questions. Damian's experience has been life changing for me in so many ways - Even conducting this sale from over 300km away. Damian puts his clients needs first ALWAYS - I would never trust anyone else again :)
