Very professional and good communicators.
I could not recommend Rico and Mandy highly enough after the recent sale of my home. While we did not sell on auction day, this was not due to any lack of effort on or before auction, and Rico and Mandy then set about completing a private sale. They were always focused on the positive aspects of my property and seemed to be able to convey this to potential buyers and to have strategies to keep generating interest. Rico was always accessible, updating us promptly with interest and potential offers. We were very appreciative that we were never pressured when offers were made, information was simply laid out in a clear and concise way and time given for decisions to be made in consultation with family. Rico’s expertise and knowledge of the market, and his hard work was much appreciated.
