The communication from the agent when being shown around the property was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and kind. The phone call to say that we were successful with gaining the rental was a surprise in this day of online communication but one that I was grateful for. Upon returning home, I also saw that emails were sent regarding the same information which was also rewarding. Then we received the lease, which happened to be on a Friday but as soon as the next week arrived, we got our final signed copy. Talk about efficient. I am very impressed with all the communication we have had, how professional they all are and the kindness shown throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Ray White Narangba to anyone who asks.

Very quickly we able to establish a positive working relationship and have felt Kylie and her team have gone above, and beyond our expectations. We have found the staff do what they say they will do, and in a timely manner. They answer the phone or return calls promptly, and nothing is too much trouble.
