We have been trying to get a rental for the past 11 weeks. Narelle, Kylie and the team have been managing my properties for me since they were still a smaller agency. Now they're bigger but I still get the attention I expect out of an agency. Being an agent myself, I value their input and professional work. Narelle goes out of her way to help and this is not something many would do specially being the head of her agency now.
