Just wanted to give a shout out to Terry Taplin, for the excellent job he did in marketing our house for sale. Terry was every bit professional in his approach to selling our home, he kept us in the loop the whole time giving excellent feedback. Terry took extra care with prospective buyers in showing them through the property and made sure our cat was not left outside (the cat loved him and enjoyed his visits). All in all, a great experience with Terry and would have no hesitation in recommending him as an excellent, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy Real Estate Agent, Terry you are tops. Thank you.

Terry was very professional and also friendly, which made us feel comfortable and satisfied that the sale of our house was moving foward ,in the way that he told us it would. I would have to say that the sale of our largest asset, was handled by Terry Taplin in a most professional and trustworthy way, not much more I can say. THANKS TERRY

Thanks, once again for your help selling my father estate as you predicted I did get one hundred thousand dollars over the other agents appraisal. Your help with all the other problems I faced during Covid was wonderful as I was alone in dealing with the estate. Thanks again, you're great and will be using you again hopefully in the near future.

I recently purchased a prooerty in narangba and Terry was the selling agent. He had thorough knowledge of property prices in narangba and guided me throughtout the offer and settlement process. He gave me honest review of the property rather than just teying to sell it. He is punctual with appointments and phone calls. Highly recommend his services.

Made a quick call to Terry about a block of land. Didn't even expose the land to the market and he had a buyer. Very fast transition.

We chose Terry as we immediately hit it off. We believed him when he said he could get a good price for the property. He was friendly and obviously had a really good insight about the Narangba market. He went over and above to not only get us the price we were asking but also assisted us to purchase our next home. He dealt with the sellers agent when we were desperate to buy the property and it really was down to his intervention that the deal went through. It is now our forever home. I cannot thank him enough and wish him every success in the future.

Terry was great from start to finish, the negotiation on purchase price was quick and once that was sorted the rest seemed a formality, would definitely recommend to friends.

Anyone can be a great agent. Answer questions and be there at all times of the night on the phone. But what if you came across a person who does that and throws in great stories honesty and trendy shirts.... and I’m a buyer so he didn’t even work for me technically. Well that’s what you get Dave Musgrave, he’s a great agent, great guy and an asset to anyone who wants to sell. As for buying well I hope everyone getS an agent like Dave to sell them a house!
