Quick and No Pain
Dave sold my father his investment property as my father died he got Dave to sell his other properties. This is the second property Dave has sold for us. The price he said the property would sell for and did was 70K over what other agents estimated. My sister and I are satisfied with all aspects of the sale and everything went well, and Dave did more than expected

Terry is very up to date with the market, would listen to want I wanted and wasn’t at all pushy.
Terry has a gentle and understanding manner, making you very comfortable, knowing he’s listening to what you want, as well as giving you honest feedback of his professional opinion. Terry, from the get go, was confident the property’s style would create interest. I was kept well informed every step of the way and Terry was always there with a solution for the hiccups along the way. I highly recommend Terry to anyone selling.

Seamless professionalism

Comfortable and reliable

Great agent
Terry was approachable and very helpful in the purchase of our new home. He helped us through the whole process and accommodated the negotiations well between vendor and buyer.
