He did not handover house in a favor to buyer. Too much problems with stolen and repair things. Too many things were hidden to buyer. Too rude behavior....don't go for him.

From the appraisal through to the auction, Paul was brilliant. His knowledge is invaluable but more importantly, he provided honest answers to me every step of the way. He has an amazing ability to read buyers and because of his extensive knowledge of my suburb and his experience, this was reflected with the confidence he presented during the sale. Paul also gave good advice on what we needed to do to present the house as best as possible. It is things like this, amongst many more, that puts Paul above the rest. From the open inspections, to the marketing presentation, to his superb team (who are so efficient and answered all my questions promptly) through to the auction itself, it was a pleasure having Paul as my agent and I would not consider using any other agent for future properties I sell. I cannot recommend Paul highly enough
