This is the second time that I have used Paul. The first time, he sold my mother's house situated in an extremely depressed part of the market yet he sold it in 2 1/2 weeks and at the top end of our range. This time, it is my house. He has done an amazing job. It went to market at what I believed was a fair price, which happened to be significantly (15%) higher than the value estimated by Paul and by another agent who also provided an appraisal. Yet Paul did not baulk at my request, and he delivered. Paul is a professional, and he and his staff provide a seamless service. Paul is always on the job, he is a man of his word, he kept my place ticking over and presentable when I had to be interstate, he has a nose for knowing who the buyer is going to be and he is an ace negotiator to boot. Paul got the price I wanted and made it look easy. And all within the planned 3 week marketing period.

I felt completely confident with the decision to appoint Paul as the agent to sell our first home.
