Working with Gav couldn’t have gone any better, whilst being professional you also have honest conversations as if you were 2 mates yarning over what happened on the weekend. The process was made so easy with his team and couldn’t have asked for a better result. So grateful for Gav helping us sell our first home and also helping us find our new home and next chapter. Above and beyond and couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Again Mate!

We honestly could not recommend Callum highly enough. He sold our home in just 9 days, in a challenging market, and achieved an amazing price. From the initial appraisal, we were sold on his genuineness and immediately trusted him. His communication was exceptional, he followed up every buyer and worked incredibly hard to get us the best possible result, without us ever having to push. He more than delivered and we genuinely could not fault him!

Am completely satisfied with Callums handling the sale of my property. Callum is a very competent young man who is very intune with the real estate market. He went above and beyond to help me with any issues I had and nothing was any trouble for him. Would give him six stars if I could. A very happy vendor.

Callum was super honest with us from the get go, especially as first time buyers/being inexperienced in the market. We were able to build a great rapport system from there, super glad to have worked with Callum & assistant Charly!

Gavin and his team did an exceptional job in selling the property . He manged to rise above all myths flying around internet and achieved bestresults . He stood tall when things didnt go according to plan for a while and eventually made the sell all profitable . Thank you Gavin for making this happened . It was not the first time we sold properties with you and you made it worthwhile in hiring you as a an agent.

I don’t think you could find anyone better than Callum to sell your home. He is an amazing person and is very professional. Callum would make sure we were informed every step of the way through the whole process. We thought selling a home would be a difficult task but Callum made us feel at ease while he did all the leg work. If I ever need any realestate work done again Callum will be the first person I call.
