Land size
All interactions with real estate agent were professional and overall we were satisfied with the service that was provided. However, the unforeseen discrepancy between advertised land size and actual land size during settlement was misleading and disappointing.

Committed ,Polite and Accurate
What more could one wish for ? Nick Psarros said he could sell our home quickly and he did , he told us the price he thought we could expect and he delivered, he set the time frame and beat it! Nick asked us questions and gave us all the right answers and sold our house at the price we wanted ahead of time and before the auction. We not only found an exceptional Agent but also a trustworthy friend in Nick and we just hope one day he will slow down long enough to come and visit us along with his beautful wife in our new home. Aside from the excellent service we found a very charming, friendly and trustworthy man! I recommend Nick to any one who is comptemplating selling their home, you will not be sorry!
