This is the third time our family has used Chris to sell our property. Chris is extremely professional, and is in constant communication during the sale process. Our property was once again sold in a short amount of time for a good price.

Highly professional and courteous at all times. The property we purchased was made easier with the help of Steven Garay and the continual communication. A factor that helped with our property purchase was being given attention when needed and time to look without being harassed as some agents tend to do. Would recommend this agent +++

Steven has a fantastic knowledge of the area. He kept me up to date the whole way. I was grateful for everything he achieved in a very difficult market. I would definitely recommend Steven to anyone looking at selling in the Hawkesbury!

Both my partner and I deal with RE agents on a regular basis through work as well as with our own portfolio. Easily Bart has topped our list of favourite agents, his knowledge of the Hawkesbury area is amazing and helped us find a property that was in a good neighbourhood and had all of the things we were looking for in a home. Most importantly his communication was the best I have dealt with in a very long time. He was very attentive and communicated really well between all parties. We are lucky to have met Bart and we look forward to working with him again in the future.

I would highly recommend Bart as an agent to anyone looking to buy or sell. I found him to be objective and professional at all times. Written and verbal communication was consistent throughout the contract. I cannot make fault on any part of his performance, I am very happy with the outcome. First National are very lucky to have such a skilled employee as part of their team.

Steven was very personable and made the whole experience pleasurable, he is always available to answer any questions we had about the house we purchased and other houses he was selling. Steven went above and beyond what was expected of a agent and we would recommend him to anyone searching for a home.

Steven was fantastic in selling our house. Got us a great result in a difficult market. He has a thorough knowledge of the area and community and always went the extra mile. His communication was excellent. Always provided feedback and was always contactable when needed. Explained the whole process of the sale from start to finish in great detail. His advice was invaluable. Highly recommend Steven to sell your property!
