Josh randomly called me and asked if I wanted to sell. I wasn't planning on selling. For about 6 months he was keeping me up to date with the market and I was convinced to sell! Since engaging with Belinda to sell our property the process has been professional and straight-forward. At every step Belinda has provided regular updates with progress to ensure as the seller we are fully aware of the situation and next step. Communication with Belinda has been effortless, any questions we have asked have been answered promptly and we have known Belinda was always on the telephone to provide support during this process. Belinda was only engaged once the previous agent failed to sell our property after 90 days, our only mistake was not engaging with her from the offset. In contract the service provided by Belinda far surpassed the previous agent.
