Since July 2023 I began looking at Bonogin to be a potential area to live with the rapidly growing coastal strip beginning to lose its appeal. It was in that time that I first met Kahlee and outlined our plans for the move and subsequent retirement as long as we could source the “right” property. My plans always hinged on the successful sale of my home in Koala Park, Burleigh Heads. We had an unconditional contract on our place on 1st March and the race was on to find our new home. During those previous months doing my research on the Bonogin market, Kahlee presented several properties which we loved so we were very confident she had a very clear idea of what appealed to us and where we would be happy to live. On 4th March we were invited to inspect an amazing property in Hersden Court that was yet to go to market and we loved. By that evening we had submitted our offer that would eventually be accepted. The property Kahlee presented ticked all our boxes and some extras like a sauna. It was a pleasure dealing with Kahlee and her team. Kahlee was always professional and attentive to both the sellers and buyers needs and requests and always with a smile. Thankyou so much Kahlee!!
